Mission
What you will drive
- Drive team productivity and quality by ensuring efficient conversion of interviews, hires, and placements while monitoring and enhancing team performance.
- Manage student and alumni support by providing personalized career guidance and managing communication and forecasting for current students, graduates, and alumni.
- Guide graduates through the entire interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers, including interview preparation, facilitation, job offer assistance, and onboarding support.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement through regular one-on-one and group meetings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
- 3+ years of experience and/or strong proficiency in people leadership, multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure environment, support a diverse and inclusive work environment, and professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams, with skills in project management, complex problem-solving, time management, influence, and empathy.
