Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and lead direct reports, engage in performance enablement processes, and foster an environment of mutual accountability and shared goals
- Ensure daily financial and accounting functions comply with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements for nonprofit operations
- Manage audit processes including federal and state tax return preparation, annual financial audits, and single audits
- Review and monitor grant agreements for accurate revenue recognition and prepare annual entries to release net assets from restrictions

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 6 years of progressive or direct experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant professional experience
- 2 years of experience in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity
- Non-profit accounting and government grant management experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar enterprise-wide accounting system
