Senior Manager, Final Mile Delivery

• Own the end-to-end on-demand delivery program, including company drivers, DoorDash, Roadie, and emerging aggregator partners, overseeing onboarding, performance management, cost optimization, and SLA achievement.
• Drive zone-skipping strategy in partnership with UPS and other parcel carriers to compress transit times and reduce ship-from-zone costs at the fulfillment level.
• Design and scale same-day and next-day local delivery offerings from fulfillment centers, including time windows, cutoff management, and driver/route orchestration.
• Manage local pickup (BOPIS/will call) operations and identify opportunities to improve throughput and customer experience at pick-up points.

This role directly improves the efficiency and sustainability of last-mile delivery, reducing transit times and costs while enhancing customer satisfaction, which supports the broader goal of making essential home supplies more accessible and affordable.

• 5+ years of experience in last-mile delivery, on-demand logistics, or same-day fulfillment (aggregator platform experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing DoorDash, Roadie, Uber, or equivalent on-demand delivery networks.
• Experience with zone-skipping or carrier optimization programs (UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers) to reduce transit time and cost.
• Strong data and analytics skills (ability to build and interpret delivery performance dashboards and translate data into operational decisions).
