Sr. HR Compliance Specialist

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and interpret state, local, and federal employment laws and advise HR and leadership on compliance requirements
• Conduct audits to ensure required employment disclosures and notices are delivered across the employee lifecycle
• Manage Visa and immigration processes, advising candidates and employees while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a HRBP or Compliance role
• 1+ year of experience overseeing employee sponsorship for Visa and Green Card processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
