Fulfillment Continuous Improvement Specialist

• Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools for root cause analysis and waste elimination.
• Use data analysis tools to evaluate performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and conduct Gemba walks to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional CI projects from initiation through completion, tracking milestones and deliverables.

This role drives measurable improvements in supply chain operations, reducing waste and inefficiencies, which enhances the company's ability to serve customers efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Yellow Belt or Green Belt Six Sigma certification, or 1+ years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Experience in operations management including process improvement, workflow optimization, or cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience in supply chain management within a distribution or fulfillment environment.

Base Salary: $59,000 – $74,000 per year.
