What you will drive

  • Oversee student planning of 8-10 annual regional Leadership Symposia across the United States, ensuring all logistical aspects are organized, including venue selection, speaker recruitment, budgeting, and sponsorship.
  • Organize and execute a virtual career fair each year with 20+ partners and thousands of students.
  • Collaborate with student leaders and external partners to develop engaging event agendas and secure high-profile speakers.
  • Build and manage detailed run-of-show plans, timelines, and budgets, and lead flawless on-site execution from setup through teardown.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5+ years of corporate and/or non-profit event planning experience, showcasing a growth-oriented trajectory, experience with conferences preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience of having full ownership and managing events of various sizes and complexities, from conception to execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in event logisticsโ€”venue selection, vendor and speaker coordination, budgeting, and sponsorship.
