Recruiting Intern

• Assist with high-volume seasonal recruiting and onboarding for Game Day Representatives and other league operations roles.
• Support job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
• Process employee changes, offboarding, and maintain accurate HR records in Rippling.
• Conduct phone screens and support pipeline nurturing for seasonal staff.

This role helps expand youth sports opportunities by ensuring a smooth hiring process for seasonal staff who create safe, inclusive, and organized game day experiences for children and families.

• Completed at least two years of college coursework and currently entering junior or senior year.
• Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workflows, and comfort with confidential information.
• Prior internship, part-time work, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, or recruiting/HR exposure preferred.

Hourly, FLSA Non-Exempt, Paid Weekly. Remote, USA. Flexible hours between 8am-6pm ET, 20-30 hours per week. Seasonal position from August through November.
