Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and drive revenue for the malnutrition and broader care gap and coding automation solution, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through contract execution.
  • Lead the commercial go-to-market strategy, including defining target customer profiles, outreach motions, and sales playbooks, while building relationships with economic buyers.
  • Communicate a compelling clinical and financial value proposition to both clinical and financial stakeholders, translating complex concepts into persuasive business cases.
  • Build the commercial foundation for a new business line, establishing repeatable sales motions and feeding market intelligence back into product development.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting (e.g., clinical, quality, CDI, or related areas) with a strong understanding of inpatient workflows.
  • Deep understanding of hospital operations across clinical and/or revenue cycle domains, familiarity with CDI, coding workflows, and quality measures (e.g., MCC capture).
  • Ability to engage credibly with both clinicians and CDI/revenue cycle leaders, and operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; preferred background in dietitian/nutrition leadership, CDI/coding leadership, or hospital clinical operations leadership.
