What you will drive

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote support, and hands-on, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain the IT Help Desk, track and prioritize tickets, and escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software, perform routine maintenance, and assist with IT projects.
  • Develop training materials and train end users on proper use of hardware/software.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in computer-related field or technical certifications preferred.
  • Two years of experience in computer operations, installation, maintenance, and repair, including end-user support and network systems support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT ticketing systems, and ability to troubleshoot and repair computers.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
