Growth Hacker - AI Native (French fluent)

• Build and ship experiments (CRO & A/B testing) to optimize conversion rates.
• Build funnels and assets: landing pages, automations, tracking setup.
• Hunt friction by identifying drop-off points and proposing fixes.
• Leverage AI tools to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed.

This role directly shapes how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential by engineering behavioral change at scale through AI-powered growth experiments.

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences.
• Daily use of AI tools to create leverage and solve complex issues.
• French native/bilingual and fluent English.
