Mission

What you will drive

  • Perform general maintenance and end user support tasks for computer systems, hardware, and peripheral equipment
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair IT issues both remotely and on-site across multiple locations
  • Support organization-wide systems including Hikvision Camera System and server-based Nurse & Emergency Call Systems
  • Respond to after-hours support calls on a rotation basis and travel to various Otterbein sites as needed

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting IT needs for multiple locations
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows OS
  • Knowledge of network cabling and experience with Cisco VoIP systems
  • A+ certification (additional IT certifications a plus) and BS degree with IT or business major or equivalent work experience
