Director, Development Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Establish and refine tracking and reporting processes to monitor progress against fundraising goals, including monthly impact reporting
• Assess and strengthen development systems, workflows, and data practices, including Salesforce optimization and adoption
• Partner with Finance, People, and Operations to develop and manage the Development team budget
• Advance projections planning and revenue tracking processes to support sustainable fundraising growth

This role creates positive change by enabling Mozilla Foundation's Development team to effectively secure philanthropic resources that fuel the mission to ensure the internet remains a global public resource, open and accessible to all.

Required skills and experience:

• 10+ years of operations, systems, or campaign management experience within a nonprofit or philanthropy environment
• Deep expertise in fundraising operations and systems, with knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Experience leading annual planning processes, including setting priorities, OKRs, and projections, and developing/managing team budgets
• Strong analytical skills including defining priority metrics, improving data hygiene, and strengthening reporting and dashboards
