Editorial Producer (1-Year Fixed Term)

Core responsibilities:

• Own and maintain Nothing Personal's editorial calendar, contributor database, contracts, and production workflows
• Drive the production and launch of monthly editorial features from planning through publication and distribution
• Manage freelance writers, editors, designers, humor collaborators, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Produce and publish monthly stories in the CMS and troubleshoot issues with the web platforms team

This role brings Mozilla Foundation's flagship editorial platform, Nothing Personal, to life, building global understanding, support, and participation in Mozilla's mission to create a better technology future.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, editorial production, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional and external collaborators
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments and juggling competing priorities
• Deeply organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
