Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own full-funnel sales execution for Guild Academy opportunities, from prospecting through close, building and managing a healthy pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Engage prospective customers in discovery conversations to understand learning needs, workforce challenges, and Academy use cases, testing and refining messaging based on market feedback
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Academy, Product, and Learning teams to apply positioning, share customer feedback, and inform product evolution
  • Navigate complex buying groups and multi-stakeholder sales cycles, supporting pilot deals and new Academy offerings as go-to-market strategies evolve

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling complex HRTech or L&D solutions
  • Consistent track record of success as a top performer meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment with frequent change and rapid growth expectations
  • Strategic mindset with consultative selling skills, ability to build strategic customer-facing presentations and proposals, and negotiate complex contracts
