Director, Global Talent Acquisition (Remote)

• Lead and develop a global talent acquisition team, building a proactive sourcing engine and workforce planning capabilities.
• Own recruiting operations including ATS (Greenhouse), metrics, and AI tooling to improve speed and quality.
• Partner with senior leaders on headcount planning, role criticality, and organizational readiness for scale.

This role enables GiveDirectly to scale its cash transfer programs, which deliver dignified, cost-effective aid to millions living in poverty, by building the talent infrastructure needed to attract and hire exceptional staff across global markets.

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 in a leadership role, including recruiting across Sub-Saharan Africa and global markets.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a TA function through hypergrowth and building sourcing capabilities from scratch.
• Strong command of recruiting operations: ATS management (Greenhouse a plus), data/metrics, and process design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and experience enabling hiring managers through structured interviewing and calibration.

Base salary ranges: $128,000 (US), £90,100 (UK), $101,221 (Kenya). Target bonus 15% with potential upside. Estimated total compensation at target: $147,200+ (US), £103,615+ (UK), $116,404+ (Kenya).
