Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 in a leadership role, including recruiting across Sub-Saharan Africa and global markets.
- Demonstrated experience scaling a TA function through hypergrowth and building sourcing capabilities from scratch.
- Strong command of recruiting operations: ATS management (Greenhouse a plus), data/metrics, and process design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and experience enabling hiring managers through structured interviewing and calibration.
Benefits

Base salary ranges: $128,000 (US), £90,100 (UK), $101,221 (Kenya). Target bonus 15% with potential upside. Estimated total compensation at target: $147,200+ (US), £103,615+ (UK), $116,404+ (Kenya). Annual benefits stipend: $21,393 (US), £2,760 (UK), $8,453 (Kenya). Additional perks: flexible PTO, desk setup allowance, learning & development allowance, robust health benefits.
