TOR HPV Guide Design & Publication Agency/Consultant

• Lead the visual design, layout, and production preparation of a suite of 9 HPV technical guidelines and a summary document.
• Provide light-to-moderate copywriting, editing, and content refinement to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Develop infographics, diagrams, and visual assets to translate complex technical content.
• Create a unified design system and style guide for consistency across all publications.

This role transforms technical HPV and immunization guidelines into visually engaging, user-friendly publications that empower health practitioners and decision-makers to implement effective vaccination programs, ultimately helping to protect girls and communities from cervical cancer.

• 7–10+ years of experience in publication design or creative communications.
• Strong publication production capability at scale with ability to run parallel design workflows.
• In-house or embedded copyediting capability (mandatory).
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma (or equivalent).
