Account Director, Animal Health

• As the primary point of contact for senior clients and internal leader of projects, deliver numerous fast-paced projects across 1-2 key accounts exceeding $2M yearly.
• Operate as both a strategic client partner and project manager, overseeing budgets, staffing plans, and proactively addressing budgetary and resource challenges.
• Oversee and guide account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Establish strong client relationships, understand industries and competitors, and leverage insights to guide internal teams in collaboration with clients.

This role fosters positive change within clients' industries by delivering impactful, strategic marketing work that helps health and non-profit organizations navigate change and seize opportunities, ultimately driving meaningful and measurable results.

• 10+ years of experience with proven track record in account and project management roles, including 4+ years in healthcare, diagnostics, and/or biotech.
• Natural leader with experience managing high-level client relationships and inspiring teams to deliver multiple high-value, fast-paced projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships, with success in driving growth and new business initiatives.
• Concise written and verbal communication skills, passion for growth, self-motivated team player with positive attitude and entrepreneurial problem-solving approach.
