National Human Resources Generalist

• Support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Handle minor employee relations issues and enforce company-wide policies.
• Provide administrative support to the national and state HR department.

This role supports the HR operations of an organization that advances economic justice and progressive policies, enabling the team to effectively engage voters and build community power.

Compensation: $63,000 - $70,000 per year. Full-time, exempt position. Remote work with 10% travel. Not union eligible.
