Mission
What you will drive
- Define and drive product strategy for brand safety, compliance, and marketplace integrity across Fandom's advertising ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ad Operations, Revenue, Privacy, and Legal.
- Build and scale systems for monitoring policy compliance, brand safety, and inventory quality.
- Leverage data and experimentation to optimize monetization while balancing advertiser trust and user experience.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6–10+ years of product management experience in advertising, marketing technology, or consumer engagement products.
- Deep domain expertise in programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and brand safety.
- Strong understanding of Google Ad Manager, Prebid/header bidding, SSP/DSP ecosystem, and OpenRTB.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and strong analytical skills.
