TheEthereum Foundation (EF)is a global non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the Ethereum ecosystem in realizing the potential of Ethereum as an open, neutral infrastructure for the world. In practice, we dynamically allocate resources to critical projects when needed and step back when others can take the lead.
Support the Ethereum Foundation’s finance team by helping manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, helping ensure financial processes, reporting and payments run smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and highly detail-oriented.
Finance & Accounting related activities:
- Run AP reports, track and make payments

- Process and record vendor invoices in internal systems

- Upload invoices and supporting documentation to finance platforms

- Coordinate vendor payments and notify vendors when payments have been completed.

Reporting related activities:
- Maintain and update various reports to stakeholders (monthly finance report, cost center report)

- Support stakeholders by ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date

Data Entry related activities:
- Maintain and update financial data across multiple internal platforms

- Have a diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- At least two years of experience working in Finance.
