Finance Specialist / Manager

• Manage finance operations, daily accounting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
• Evaluate and potentially lead migration to more sophisticated accounting software.

This role ensures the financial health and operational efficiency of Epoch AI, enabling the organization to focus on its mission of forecasting AI progress and promoting responsible AI development.

• Experience with QuickBooks Online and financial tools like Mercury, Wise.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes (Manager level).
