What you will drive
As part of the PATH Enterprise team, the Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations including:
- Rent collections, tenant relations, scheduling vendors, occupancy reports, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and building maintenance
- Interviewing prospective residents, overseeing move-ins, enforcing house rules, and managing tenant issues including eviction notices
- Developing disaster and emergency response plans, maintaining records, and preparing accurate reporting for audits
- Monitoring financial condition of the property, preparing budgets and financial analysis, and managing cash flow

Profile
What makes you a great fit
We're looking for candidates with:
- Two (2) years of experience as a property manager at a multi-family housing property, preferably affordable or permanent supportive housing property
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a major in social work, business or public administration or a related field
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
