PATH Enterprises Site Manager - SP7 (JR 5477)

As part of the PATH Enterprise team, the Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations including:

• Rent collections, tenant relations, scheduling vendors, occupancy reports, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and building maintenance
• Interviewing prospective residents, overseeing move-ins, enforcing house rules, and managing tenant issues including eviction notices
• Developing disaster and emergency response plans, maintaining records, and preparing accurate reporting for audits
• Monitoring financial condition of the property, preparing budgets and financial analysis, and managing cash flow

This role helps provide quality affordable housing and supportive services to people experiencing homelessness, making a positive difference in people's lives by helping an average of 23 people per week find a place to live.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Two (2) years of experience as a property manager at a multi-family housing property, preferably affordable or permanent supportive housing property
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a major in social work, business or public administration or a related field
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
