What you will drive
As part of the Interim Housing Services team, the Residential Coordinator is responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay by providing care and assistance while exemplifying and promoting established guidelines
- Completing progress notes on every contact with participants, providing facility tours, and supporting case managers and program participants with individualized service plans
- Monitoring and maintaining interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable environment, including keeping spaces organized and clean, and providing hygiene needs
- Providing crisis intervention services, using evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction, and utilizing lived experience to cultivate rapport
