Residential Coordinator - Bristol Hotel (JR 5503)

As part of the Interim Housing Services team, the Residential Coordinator is responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay by providing care and assistance while exemplifying and promoting established guidelines
• Completing progress notes on every contact with participants, providing facility tours, and supporting case managers and program participants with individualized service plans
• Monitoring and maintaining interim housing floors to ensure a hospitable environment, including keeping spaces organized and clean, and providing hygiene needs
• Providing crisis intervention services, using evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction, and utilizing lived experience to cultivate rapport

This role makes a positive difference in people's lives by helping an average of 23 people per week find a place to live, working to end homelessness through comprehensive services and systems change.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail, collaboration and teamwork abilities, and strong communication skills
• Creativity and initiative, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, and strong ethics and boundaries
• All levels of experience and education welcome (minimum qualifications)
• Mandatory requirements: employment eligibility verification, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid training, pass tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test
