PATH Enterprises Site Manager - Flor 401 (JR 5475)

As part of the PATH Enterprises team, the Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations including:

• Rent collections, tenant relations, scheduling vendors, occupancy reports, financial reporting, regulatory agency compliance, and building maintenance
• Interviewing prospective residents, overseeing move-ins, enforcing house rules, and managing tenant issues including notices and evictions
• Developing emergency response plans, maintaining records in Property Management Software, and preparing for audits
• Monitoring financial condition of the property, preparing budgets and financial analysis, and managing cash flow

This role helps provide quality affordable housing to communities, making a positive difference in people's lives by helping an average of 23 people per week find a place to live and working on issues of racial and social justice.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Two (2) years of experience as a property manager at a multi-family housing property, preferably affordable or permanent supportive housing
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills with ethical standards and professional boundaries
• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, business or public administration, or related field
