Principal UX Researcher

• Spearhead end-to-end research for "big bet" initiatives, leveraging AI to compress the discovery-to-insight cycle and deliver high-impact artifacts that drive executive-level decision-making at speed.
• Scale organizational research capability by coaching Product Managers and Designers on high-speed methodologies and architecting a "Research-as-a-Service" model with office hours, self-service templates, and peer-review checklists.
• Audit and re-engineer manual workflows using AI-driven automation tools to eliminate operational "drudge work" and allow the team to focus on high-level synthesis and strategy.
• Architect and maintain a centralized repository with LLM-based natural language querying to ensure historical data is accessible and actionable for any stakeholder.

This role creates positive change by empowering business owners, entrepreneurs, non-profits, and individuals to succeed by providing them with the tools and help they need to grow online, while evolving Constant Contact's research function into an AI-driven insights engine to better understand and serve small business needs.

• 8+ years of UX research experience with a proven track record of building systems and "Insights Engines" that power SaaS organizations.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven tools to automate the research lifecycle and viewing AI as a partner to handle operational tasks.
• Experience mentoring others and democratizing research through "office hours" and standardized toolkits to help product organizations scale their curiosity.
• Expertise in turning raw data into narratives and leading synthesis workshops that result in prioritized, actionable backlogs for engineers and executives.

Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees $159,900—$191,400 USD.
