Senior Program Manager

• Lead and manage complex workstreams, including program development, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with product and technical teams.
• Translate high-level priorities into actionable plans, track metrics, and make data-informed decisions to ensure timely and high-impact delivery.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs, and escalate to leadership; drive best practice development and share learnings.

This role drives systems change by improving how government services deliver public benefits, ensuring they reach and work for the people who need them most, particularly through tax benefits and safety net programs.

• At least 5 years of experience in program development or related fields (policy, direct service, outreach, product management) with increasing responsibility.
• Experience working with social safety net programs, tax benefits, government agencies, or non-profit organizations.
• Strong project management skills with focus on execution, risk mitigation, and clear communication.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build consensus and influence diverse stakeholders.

Salary range: $94,350 - $115,500 annually.
