Accounting Associate (Remote)

• Review invoices, expense reports, and credit card expenses for accurate coding to the general ledger
• Investigate and respond to internal and vendor inquiries related to expense transactions
• Assist with system administrator tasks for expense management tools and participate in month close activities
• Manage state non-profit registrations and support compliance matters such as annual audit and 990 tax return

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional communication and cross-collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience learning financial/administrative systems

Hourly range $26.44 - $28.37, annualized to $55,000 - $59,000. Remote position (U.S. only). Non-exempt role.
