Mission
What you will drive
- Own the month-end and year-end close process across US and UK entities, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Oversee external bookkeeping, manage audits, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and UK accounting standards.
- Serve as primary NetSuite administrator, improve financial systems and controls, and lead the accounting and payments team as the organization scales.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant experience in an accounting or financial controller role, ideally within a US 501(c)(3), UK charity, or complex multi-entity organization.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and/or UK accounting standards, with hands-on experience managing close process, preparing financial statements, and leading audits.
- Experience managing or supervising staff, with a track record of developing team members.
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite strongly preferred) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
