Senior Associate - Education and Workforce

• Design and deliver rigorous behavioural science research and advisory projects across school systems, vocational and skills education, youth employment, and entrepreneurship.
• Generate actionable insights into how students, educators, employers, and other stakeholders make decisions, respond to incentives, and navigate key transition points from education into work.
• Work closely with the Portfolio Lead to strengthen the education-to-work pipeline across the Global South.

This role helps address behavioural, institutional, and systemic barriers in the education-to-work pipeline, enabling better decision-making and improved outcomes for students, educators, and employers across the Global South.

• Experience in designing and implementing behavioural science research or advisory projects in education, workforce, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including governments, donors, NGOs, and private sector.
• Familiarity with the Global South context and education-to-work challenges.
