Legal Consultant - Regulatory - Digital Assets, Payments

• Lead regulatory strategy for stablecoin/digital payment/asset initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assess and interpret cryptocurrency/stablecoin, payments, and digital asset regulatory frameworks, providing practical guidance to business and product stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain jurisdiction-specific regulatory playbooks, including licensing, structures, partner models, and ongoing compliance obligations.
• Build and manage relationships with regulators, policymakers, and key external partners to support licensing, approvals, and market entry.

This role supports the development of a sound regulatory framework for digital assets and payments, fostering innovation while ensuring compliance and consumer protection in the financial system.

• Qualified with 5-12(+) years’ PQE, ideally with experience in payment regulatory and digital asset experience.
• Legal qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency/stablecoin regulatory issues.
