Litigation Attorney - Consumer Packaged Goods

Core responsibilities:

• Provide advice in consumer litigation matters, including disputes related to product liability, consumer protection laws, and contract disputes
• Manage various aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure legal compliance and minimize litigation risk

This role helps ensure legal compliance and minimize litigation risk for consumer packaged goods clients, contributing to fair business practices and consumer protection.

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience within consumer litigation within a law firm or in-house setting
• JD from an accredited US law school
• Active license to practice law in the state where you reside
