Salesforce Senior Implementation Consultant

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce-based solutions for education and nonprofit clients, guiding them through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing best practices and expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data services and other consultants, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development and solution design for new client work.

This role enables education and nonprofit organizations to leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their fundraising and advancement efforts, ultimately supporting their missions to create positive change in communities.

• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) with extensive experience in advanced configuration, custom solutions, and automations (Flows).
• 6+ years of direct experience implementing, managing, or supporting CRM systems; 2+ years configuring and administering Salesforce solutions.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level Salesforce projects using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, user story definition, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong knowledge of database design, system architecture, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Jitterbit, Mulesoft).
