Research Scientist - Computational Neuroscience

• Develop biologically plausible computational models of neural circuits and brain function.
• Analyze large-scale neural and behavioral datasets to inform and evaluate computational models.
• Propose and pursue original research directions advancing understanding of brain computation.
• Document and communicate research findings through publications and presentations.

This role advances our understanding of brain computation, which can inspire novel AI algorithms and contribute to scientific progress that benefits society.

• Ph.D. or equivalent expertise in Computational Neuroscience, Neuroscience, or related discipline.
• Experience programming in Python and familiarity with scientific computing libraries (Jax, PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy).
• Research experience in systems, computational, and theoretical neuroscience.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, or machine learning workflows.
