Manager, Assurance Services - Real Estate

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, conducting multiple auditing projects and client engagements.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables, developing detailed engagement work plans and illustrating budgets and schedules.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback.
• Actively participate in proposals and foster relationships with coworkers and clients.

This role ensures financial integrity and compliance for real estate clients, contributing to the stability and growth of organizations that provide housing and community services.

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed CPA.
• 4-7 years of experience working for a public accounting firm.
• Developed specialties in the Real Estate space; Affordable Housing and Non-Profit experience preferred.
• Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff accountants; analytical skills in relation to financial statements; effective written and verbal communication skills; initiative and willingness to lead.
