What you will drive

  • Set vision and lead strategies to grow professional, group, and corporate membership segments with clear goals for acquisition, retention, and overall membership health.
  • Develop and refine compelling membership value propositions tailored to each segment, ensuring benefits are clearly communicated and consistently delivered.
  • Guide collection, analysis, and reporting of membership data to inform strategic decisions, and partner with marketing teams to drive awareness and growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on member experience, collaborate with internal teams to curate benefits, and support volunteer alignment to foster a vibrant community.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least five years of experience within a non-profit organization or membership association leading membership strategy.
  • At least five years of experience directly managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of association membership models, member lifecycle management, volunteer engagement, and project management.
  • Experience with corporate membership or B2B relationship management; proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), CMS (WordPress), and project management tools (Asana).
