Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the Centre for Entrepreneurship (C4E) as an 'Institutional Entrepreneur', integrating existing team into the new CRA structure and raising the bar for academic rigor and venture 'investability'.
- Act as primary 'Venture Architect' for the Venture Studio's inaugural cohort, overseeing validation and MVP lifecycle, and chair the internal Investment Committee.
- Establish the Centre's research agenda on 'What Works' in African entrepreneurship, develop core frameworks, and position C4E as a globally recognized venture-building platform.
- Build an 'Investor Syndicate' for seed and growth capital, and position the Centre for commercial sustainability through partnerships and executive education.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 12+ years of experience with proven success in leading teams through organizational change.
- Personal venture-building experience (Founder/GP) and experience managing diverse teams in institutional or corporate settings.
- Ability to design systems and build/refine accelerators, incubators, or innovation hubs.
- Demonstrated track record in fundraising (institutional, philanthropic, venture, or innovation capital) and commercializing entrepreneurship programs.
