Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Working with Plan's Video Production Manager and other departments to ensure stock footage and materials are backed up, catalogued, and securely stored
- Ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and deadlines are met
- Effectively managing time and handling competing demands in a busy video production department
- Assisting and advising on technical issues around film formats and resolutions, and providing direction on appropriate media for various platforms

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an editor with access to own computer for editing in Premier or similar software
- Work experience in branded content or similar commercial/voluntary sector role, accustomed to demands of busy video production
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) including exporting, compression, and delivery for multiple platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics creation and template development
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); French and/or Spanish desirable
- Knowledge of international development or humanitarian contexts and experience working with diverse cultures and global teams
