IT & technology management consultant

Core responsibilities:

• Provide expert strategic and technical support across ILGA World's global digital infrastructure
• Lead and advise on IT governance, secure technology use, infrastructure development, and capacity building
• Conduct systems audits, strengthen risk and resilience strategies, and guide implementation of IT tools and practices aligned with international standards
• Provide high-level one-on-one technical support tailored to a globally-distributed team with varying technical skills and digital access

This role creates positive change by supporting secure, inclusive, and sustainable technology solutions that enable human rights advocacy for LGBTI communities worldwide, strengthening the digital infrastructure of a global movement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Senior-level IT & technology management expertise
• Deep understanding of digital security in human rights contexts
• Experience with Microsoft 365, 1Password, Cloudflare, and Asana
• Autonomous, solutions-driven professional with ability to work with globally-distributed teams
