IT Systems Engineer, Remote (w/m/d)

Core responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain core IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
• Manage network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki, VPN solutions, and network performance monitoring
• Lead IT projects, configure systems, develop automation workflows, and ensure security compliance

This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems that support Enpal's mission of making solar energy accessible to everyone, contributing to climate change mitigation through renewable energy adoption.

Required qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in IT systems administration and maintenance
