IT Systems Engineer, Remote (f/m/x)

Key responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain core IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
• Administer Cisco Meraki infrastructure, manage VPN solutions, and optimize network performance and security
• Implement IT security measures, ensure compliance, and lead IT projects such as system migrations and upgrades

This role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems that support Enpal's mission to make solar energy accessible to everyone, contributing to the transition to renewable energy.

Required qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in IT systems administration and maintenance
