IT Systems Analyst

• Leads full project lifecycle for business systems and ERP implementations—from kickoff through post-go-live support.
• Implements new business applications and integrates them with existing systems to meet organizational needs.
• Configures and optimizes ERP modules and related applications to align with business workflows.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and evaluate technology solutions.

By implementing and optimizing business systems, this role enhances operational efficiency, ensures compliance, and enables teams to leverage technology for strategic growth, supporting Calibrant Energy's mission to provide sustainable energy solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems implementation, or ERP coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business application support.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and system integrations.
