What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT end user support for users in London and Norway offices, supporting Windows and MAC OS
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets while managing escalations within the two offices
  • Manage IT asset management processes, e-waste processes, and IT processes for new hires and PC refresh
  • Collaborate with all IT towers to understand current issues/gaps and drive service improvement initiatives
