IT Support

Core responsibilities:

• Maintain operational condition of IT systems, networks, and equipment
• Provide technical support and user assistance, resolving incidents
• Actively participate in IT project implementation including deployment of new solutions, process improvement, and technical documentation
• Contribute to system security and compliance by applying best practices and collaborating on internal policy updates

This role contributes to the performance and reliability of Muso's IT infrastructure, supporting the organization's mission to provide healthcare access in Mali.

Required skills and experience:

• Good mastery of Microsoft environments, Microsoft Cloud, and Fortinet
• Knowledge in IT maintenance, networks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• Notions or strong interest in Power Apps, Power Automate, and process digitalization
