IT Services – Website Development, Support & Maintenance

As an IT service provider under a framework agreement, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Drupal and Moodle-based digital platforms for Terre des hommes.
• Provide technical support, bug fixing, security updates, and performance monitoring.
• Implement AI-enhanced search, multilingual features, and user analytics.
• Deliver technical consulting and project management support across multiple lots.

This role supports Terre des hommes's mission to protect children and promote their rights globally by ensuring reliable, secure, and accessible digital platforms for knowledge sharing, learning, and advocacy.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Proven expertise in Drupal 10 and Moodle development and administration.
• Experience with multilingual web platforms, hosting environments (Pantheon, cloud), and AI-enhanced search solutions.
• Ability to provide technical proposals, financial proposals, and references for similar projects.
• Company registration and legal documentation required.

Compensation is based on a framework agreement of up to 3 years. Financial proposals must be submitted in CHF (excluding VAT). Specific salary not mentioned.
