IT Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects with interdependencies to other systems and projects
• Create project schedules and plans, secure resources with functional leads
• Ensure projects complete within schedule and cost baselines
• Create risk management plans and evaluate change requests

This role supports Republic Services' mission to advance circularity and support decarbonization, helping deliver on their vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world through effective IT project management.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project coordination or project management experience
• PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP certification
• Strong understanding of Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid methodologies and SDLC
• Minimum 3 years of senior-level IT professional experience (e.g., Sr Software Developer, Sr Database Administrator, Business Analysis)
