IT Product Manager

• Own the Verifi feature roadmap end to end, from strategic themes to release planning, and serve as the single accountable owner for what the platform ships and why.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision and narrative that aligns executives, customers, and the engineering team.
• Prioritize features based on measurable customer and business outcomes using a consistent framework.
• Champion the end-to-end user experience across multiple user roles through continuous discovery and usability testing.

This role drives the development of Verifi, an AI-powered SaaS platform that transforms audit management for sustainability certification, enabling faster, higher-quality audits that support environmental and social responsibility across industries.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years owning a customer-facing platform end to end.
• Strong customer discovery practice and fluency with outcome-based prioritization frameworks (RICE, Jobs-to-be-Done, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence engineering, executive, and commercial stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Estimated annual salary: $130,000 - $150,000. Remote work flexibility. Equal opportunity employer.
