IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager (Remote)

• Establish team goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team, including monitoring and responding to incidents, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring system availability and performance.
• Lead the team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure using the Microsoft and AWS application stacks.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native practices to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

This role supports SOLV Energy's mission of providing infrastructure services for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects, contributing to renewable energy deployment and climate solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft application stack, including Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
