IT Director | Digital Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across BETA's information technology operations as the company scales
• Manage comprehensive IT policies and procedures, oversee the IT budget, and lead software contract management
• Lead Infrastructure and Help Desk teams, drive productivity improvements, and ensure technology capabilities align with rapid growth
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks that support secure, compliant, and scalable technology solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations and infrastructure
• Strong budget management and strategic planning skills
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and maintaining compliance with IT General Controls
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
