IT Data Services Expert

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules for data management and configuration, specifically OT or Operational Technology.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data governance standards and frameworks.
• Support agile delivery, acting as Business Analyst or Solution Architect as needed.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from idea intake to release management.

This role drives operational implementation of configuration management processes and controls in the OT domain, supporting agile development in data services to ensure data integrity, governance, and alignment with organizational standards at Hitachi Energy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow-related configuration or data management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Data suite (OT, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM).
• Familiarity with OT systems and integration strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data and configuration management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Fluent English is a must.
