IT Data Governance Expert

• Establish and maintain IT data governance frameworks, policies, dictionaries and standards. Ensure compliance and act as IT Domain Data Steward.
• Oversee and improve data quality, classification, and lifecycle processes. Maintain master data accuracy and resolve data issues.
• Define and enforce data access and security measures in collaboration with the ServiceNOW team.
• Conduct data risk assessments, support privacy initiatives, monitor compliance, and report on governance KPIs to senior leadership.

This role ensures the quality, integrity, security, and compliance of IT data assets, enabling data-driven decision-making and regulatory adherence across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data governance, IT data management, or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, metadata management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Data suite, including CMDB, CSDM, Health-score, and Data Governance.
